Digital Acceptance Workflow

This feature enables seamless communication with participants by allowing agreements to be sent directly via email. Each email can include a pre-set template with clear terms and conditions, along with a PDF attachment of the Service Agreement. Participants or their representatives can review, electronically sign, and return agreements, with all responses captured and tracked within the system, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for managing approvals and maintaining accurate records.
