The CareMaster Refresh is well underway, and one of the biggest updates so far is the redesigned Roster experience.

In this webinar, our product team shares an early preview of the new roster, explaining what's changed, why those changes were made, and how the redesign will make everyday rostering easier for care providers.

The refreshed roster has been built with the people who use it every day in mind. From planning shifts to making last-minute changes, the new experience is designed to help coordinators work more efficiently without adding unnecessary complexity.

The updated interface is cleaner, faster and easier to navigate, making common rostering tasks feel more intuitive. Alongside the new design, you'll also see features that have been shaped by customer feedback and the way care teams actually manage their workforce.

This webinar also offers a glimpse of what's ahead for the wider CareMaster platform. The roster is one of the first major components of the CareMaster Refresh, with more improvements planned across the system as development continues. These updates are all part of our commitment to delivering software that supports providers with modern, practical tools that reduce administrative effort.
