What is the 2025 – 2026 NDIS Price Guide
Previously known as the NDIS Price Guide, the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits are in place to help both NDIS participants and support workers understand how price controls for supports and services work under the NDIS. Ultimately, these documents outline the maximum prices NDIS providers and health professionals can charge when providing supports and services to NDIS participants.
Each year, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) releases a revised Price Guide that details how NDIS supports will be funded for the year. This guide provides a breakdown of the different services and their respective costs. While the Price Guide comes into effect annually on 1 July, it’s typically updated every few months to reflect changes in NDIS pricing.
Price limits are the maximum prices that registered providers can charge NDIS participants for specific supports. Participants and providers can negotiate lower prices, but the rules outlined in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits must be followed when supports are delivered to NDIA-managed or plan-managed participants.
The NDIA regularly updates pricing arrangements to ensure they reflect current market conditions and support sustainable service delivery.

The 2025–26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL) have been released, introducing modest increases for some supports and more substantial changes for others.

Following the publication of the Annual Pricing Review (APR) last week, stakeholders across the sector have been awaiting confirmation of the final pricing structure — which has now been made available.
The outcome reflects a direct implementation of the APR’s recommendations, resulting in reductions for certain providers and minimal change for others.
Outlined below are the key updates and figures from the newly released PAPL.
Disability Support Worker (DSW) Cost Model Supports
Support prices have been adjusted to reflect a 3.5% increase in wages and a 0.5% increase in superannuation contributions. As a result, most Core Supports, Level 1 Support Coordination, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching services have received a price increase of approximately 3.95%.
Therapy Supports
The 2025–26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL) have removed differential pricing across states and territories for therapy supports. This change has led to pricing reductions in some regions, particularly remote and very remote areas. Key updates include:

Early Childhood Early Intervention: Key Changes in the 2025–26 PAPL
The 2025–26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL) include several key updates to Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) supports. The eligible age range has been extended from under 7 to under 9 years, allowing more children to access early supports. The PAPL also introduces strengthened conflict of interest provisions, requiring providers to declare and manage any potential conflicts. Additionally, provider responsibilities have been clarified, with updated guidance on transparency, duty of care, and service quality.

To align with inflationary adjustments, the price limits for Medium Term Accommodation and Centre Capital Costs have increased by 2.37% and 2.4% respectively for the 2025–26 financial year.
Personal Trainers: Clarification on Service Scope
The PAPL also confirms that Personal Trainers are not recognised as therapy providers under NDIS pricing arrangements.
