The future of care is changing — and CareMaster is evolving with it.

We’re excited to introduce the next evolution of CareMaster: the CareMaster Care Management Operating System. This marks a significant step forward in how care providers manage operations, compliance and growth — all in one seamless, intelligent platform.

This is more than a platform update. It’s a bold re-imagining of care management, designed to support providers navigating an increasingly complex and demanding environment.

A New Era for Care Management

Over the coming year, CareMaster will be refreshed to evolve into a complete Care Management Operating System — purpose-built to transform the day-to-day experience of running a care organisation.

At its core, this evolution focuses on simplicity, automation and intelligence. With deeply integrated workflows and built-in AI, the refreshed platform will make rostering, workforce management, operational workflows, compliance and reporting feel seamless, connected and intuitive — reducing administrative burden while supporting confident decision-making.

Why This Matters Now

The disability and care sector is operating in a more challenging environment than ever before. Recent industry reporting, including the State of the Disability Sector Report, highlights growing pressures across administrative and compliance requirements, workforce shortages and roster complexity, and rising costs and sustainability concerns.

We believe technology has a critical role to play in partnering with providers to meet these challenges.

By strengthening the systems behind care delivery, CareMaster aims to help organisations reduce administrative and compliance burden, improve operational efficiency and cost control, and support sustainable, high-quality service delivery.

This evolution isn’t just about better software — it’s about supporting a stronger, more resilient care sector for providers, participants and the wider community.

Built-In AI, Designed for Real-World Care

The CareMaster Care Management Operating System will introduce deeply integrated automation and AI, designed to support — not replace — human decision-making.

From smarter workflows to intelligent rostering and reporting, AI will help make everyday administration simpler, faster and more intuitive, freeing teams to focus on what matters most: delivering quality care.

One example already available in the current platform is roster optimisation, which customers are using to manage real-time roster changes automatically and efficiently. This is just a taste of what’s to come.

Introducing the New CareMaster Customer Hub

As part of this journey, we’ve also launched a new Customer Hub — your central destination for everything related to the CareMaster refresh.

Through the Customer Hub, you’ll gain access to early previews and screenshots, product updates and timelines, opportunities to provide feedback, and training, resources and support.

We’ll be sharing updates regularly throughout the year as the Care Management Operating System continues to take shape.

What This Means for You

The refreshed CareMaster platform is planned for delivery in early 2027, with all changes introduced in a measured, carefully managed way. Continuity of service remains our highest priority.

Throughout the year ahead, our team will continue working closely with customers — sharing updates, gathering feedback and ensuring the transition is smooth, supported and aligned with real operational needs.

Building the Future of Care, Together

This evolution reflects CareMaster’s long-term vision: to provide a complete care management operating system that brings together rostering, workflows, compliance and reporting through a highly connected, automated experience — powered by intelligent technology.

Most importantly, it reflects our commitment to partnering with care providers for the long term.

We’re excited to build the future of care together.
