Recent industry reporting, including the State of the Disability Sector Report, highlights growing pressures across administrative and compliance requirements, workforce shortages and roster complexity, and rising costs and sustainability concerns.

The refreshed CareMaster platform is planned for delivery in early 2027, with all changes introduced in a measured, carefully managed way. Continuity of service remains our highest priority.
