Yes — CareMaster is fully across the upcoming transition to the Support at Home program and we’re actively preparing to support providers through every stage of the change.From 1 July 2025, the Support at Home program will replace the Home Care Packages (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care Programme, introducing new provider registration categories, care classifications, and funding structures. As part of this, providers must be registered under the appropriate service categories and will need to validate their registration during the deeming process between April and June 2025.We’re developing tools and system updates based on the information currently available from the Australian Government to help providers.
