The CareMaster NDIS software incorporates an integrated help button, purposefully designed to offer comprehensive training documentation and support videos for each section of CareMaster. As an administrator, you can simply click on this invaluable tool, which prompts a window to appear. Within this window, users can initiate a search by typing their query, enabling them to access suggested documents and relevant information pertaining to the software and their specific needs. This integration with Freshdesk undergoes constant review to ensure the availability of up-to-date manuals and supporting documentation.
In the event that users encounter difficulty locating the precise information they require or have a unique request that is not currently covered, they will be directed to contact the dedicated CareMaster help desk. During business hours, a knowledgeable team member will promptly answer their call and provide additional support to address their concerns effectively.
In situations where users identify the need for a custom CareMaster development request, they have the option to submit these requests through the help desk, directed to the CareMaster Product Manager. This allows users to communicate their specific requirements and outline the desired enhancements or features they envision for the software. By leveraging this process, users can actively participate in shaping the future development of CareMaster to better meet their unique needs.
CareMaster’s NDIS software is meticulously crafted and designed by a team of Care Industry experts hailing from diverse backgrounds and extensive involvement with the NDIS. These experts have hands-on experience in support work, as well as developing processes and protocols to enhance the industry. Additionally, many team members have worked for prominent NDIS software development firms specialising in areas such as community transport and allied health. Their profound understanding of the NDIS and AgeCare has positioned CareMaster as a preferred choice for thousands of Support Workers and businesses throughout Australia.
This growth and expertise are attributed to one of the industry’s leading stakeholder engagement strategies, where the CareMaster team collaboratively designs the software in conjunction with industry leaders, Plan Managers, Support Workers, and government liaison officers. We actively encourage all “industry thinkers” to reach out to our team, whether it is to develop new features for CareMaster software or enhance existing ones currently in use. Recognising the immense value and intuitive insights that industry stakeholders bring to the software development space, our ongoing mission is to support these “industry thinkers” who, like us, strive to improve not only the CareMaster’s NDIS software but also the NDIS industry as a whole. In doing so, we aim to enhance the quality and continuity of care for individuals living with disabilities, as well as those in Age Care facilities or under the management of Age Care Providers.
